WWW Wednesday | March 18, 2020

Hi everyone! I am now on living under a shelter-in-place order. I panicked yesterday, not sure what that meant, but I can still leave for food or to go outside. They specify go outside for walks, but I assume I can still run. I don’t think I can go to the beach and run, though, which I did yesterday and it felt really good. We’re supposed to avoid unnecessary driving.

Things are scary, but there’s still books and reading and writing. I’m also vlogging my experience mostly to hear myself talk and process through. If you’re interested, my channel is here.

So, enough about me. Let’s talk about what I’m reading. WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Sam at Taking on a World of Words. Each week, participants are asked to respond to the following questions:

What are you currently reading?\

What did you recently finish reading?

What do you think you’ll read next?

Currently reading

I might have to stop reading Mrs. Sherlock Holmes for a bit. It’s heavy reading and I’m not quite in the mood for that. I’ll read some today and see what I think.

How’s pandemic life treating you? Any great books this week? Let me know, I’m dying for company!

  1. Enjoy your reading!
Weird times.. Sweden is actually pretty chill about it all, most classes are being done online, but for the rest everything is open and nothing really changes.. (Of course the ridiculous amount of hand washin, and no hands etc)
Hope it all gets better soon!

  2. There’s lots of panic here…people food hoarding… but not a lot of government/business response. Schools still open but I’m making my daughter work from home…she gets more done that way anyway. Childcare centres remaining open so I’m still working, still cuddling and kissing the babies. Until someone steps in it’s business as usual… just without much toilet paper.

Take care of yourself…stay safe and enjoy your time with family ❤

    1. I wish I was with my family, but they’re far away, so it’s just me and my cats. I mean, I’m enjoying the time with my cats, don’t get me wrong. But I wish I was with them.

I hope things calm down for you soon. Stay healthy.
