Weekly Wrap-Up | February 2, 2020

Hi all! January is finally over! It really feels like it lasted 465 days this year, and I’m not sure why. Well… I guess I did have a few overwhelming weeks. And my dad was in the hospital for most of it., which caused a lot of stress. And I was exhausted a lot of the time, but I’m not entirely sure why. Except, like many people, I made some healthy goals this year to eat healthier and recommit to my exercise goals, so maybe that’s why I was tired. Only, I’m not sure why that would do it. Anyway, that’s a long way of saying that I didn’t get as much reading as I wanted to. But this is not my monthly wrap up; that’ll come on Friday. 🙂

This week was good. I took some time for myself, started revising the novel I wrote in October, and generally had a good week. Not a lot of reading, but I did get some in. With any luck, I’ll get more done this week.

Monday: The Beautiful by Renne Ahdieh (review)

Tuesday: Top 5 Anticipated Releases in 2020

Wednesday: WWW Wednesday

Thursday: Sorry I’m Late, I Didn’t Want to Come by Jessica Pan (review)

Monday: Crashing Upwards by S.C. Wynne (review)

Tuesday: Top 5 Books that Weren’t What I Expected

Wednesday: WWW Wednesday

Thursday: A History of Madness by Rebecca Crunden (review)

Friday or Saturday: January Wrap-up

Friday is my birthday, so I may not get the wrap-up posted on that day.

  1. I started revising my untitled novel, a paranormal romance between a sorcerer and a vampire.
  2. I deadlifted 135 pounds.
  3. I found out I don’t have to be evaluated at work this year, because I am so awesome. 🙂

What were some of your wins this week? Happy reading!
