WWW Wednesday June 12

Ah, it’s Wednesday once again. Of course, days don’t mean much to me right now because I’m on vacation. It’s been nice being able to do what I want, lay around and read, go to the gym, go shopping, and generally destress. I just wish I could sleep at night. For some reason, I’m spending most of the night tossing and turning. Maybe because it’s so hot. I live in an area that rarely gets higher than the 70’s (Fahrenheit) and we were 104 yesterday, so I’m struggling.

Anyway, WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Sam over at Taking on a World of Words. Each week, you answer three questions:

What are you currently reading?

What did you just finish reading?

What do you think you’ll read next?

I’ve just started G is for Gumshoe by Sue Grafton. It’s the next in the Kinsey Millhone mystery series.

I finished The Elite by Kiera Cass and Outer Order, Inner Calm by Gretchen Rubin on Sunday, and The Dark Descent of Elizabeth Frankenstein by Kiersten White on Monday. I really liked Dark Descent a lot; it was horrifying in a wonderful way and I loved Elizabeth with a burning passion.

I’m probably going to save Some Kind of Magic by R. Cooper for my trip next week because it’s on my Kindle and I just want to take my Kindle with me. I’m also looking for recommendations for other books I should get; I know I have a ton of books on my Kindle already, but I want to read new stuff on my trip.

That’s my week so far. What’s your week looking like? Do you have any suggestions for books I should buy or check out for my trip? Drop a comment below and let me know!
